As most know, my bike was involved in an accident last September.. I took it to the OLD SVC and was not a happy rider when I got her back... lots of issues, missing things, etc..

Couple weeks ago, I was approached with the request to give the New SVC a chance to make it right.

I'll be honest, it was hard to give them by baby again but I was having a total issue that I didn't have before the accident and I needed someone to fix her.

I dropped her off Monday night, knowing that they didn't work again until Wednesday and I picked her up today.

The NEW SVC went over and above what I expected. I rode out with a bike that felt like it should again, no vibrations, right turns are a dream again and looking positively beautiful!

From my house to SVC is about 30 miles one way but I will tell you it was more than worth the drive and I will continue to take her back there. Billy did an awesome job of fixing her correctly and ensuring that she was safe to ride again.

Total thanks to Curtis for being my go-between, listening to all my issues and ensuring that everything was correct and what I was expecting this time around. All promises made, came thru 100%.

Wow, this all "began" waaay back in September?! sheesh, that seems like sooo forever ago. If you guys coulda seen her after riding her bike right after it got fixed....full of glee. :]

just to add to carmens appreciation of the new SVC...I've been around a few times while she talked with the first version of the shop and now with the new version of the shop. As many people know, I am a huge supporter of the the guys I deal with in the YSA service department and won't go anywhere but there. However, after seeing how the new SVC has dealt with Carmen and her bike, I am very tempted to try working with them next time I need some work done on my Blue.

I am not a spoke person for the new owners of SVC.

Although, I know them.

They are owners of sports bikes, they are riders of them too.

I can only image they know our pain dealing with places that service sports bikes. therefore, I can only image they will do us right since they are not only the owners but the users of their service.

If you liked the old SVC I'm sure you will love the new SVC...

If you disliked them, give them another chance ...I'm sure you will change you mind.

Just my 2 cents worth.

I haven't been on the DR board in a while. It's nice to be back.

I only heard of a couple horror stories of the previous SVC. However, I know these guys who are now running SVC. I have ridden with them and I know how much pride they take in caring for their own bikes. Their shop is clean and well kept. I took my bike to get the oil change this past weekend. Even that was done meticulously and with care. I am glad there is a shop I feel confident in going to when it comes to taking care of my bike. Eddie and Mark, who helped me that day, are easy going and easy to work with. Thanks guys!
