I sat on a new 2007 1000RR today... freaking nice bike. It's got some visual stuff i didn't care for much, but I could probably fix that and or get used to it. I'd swap out that HESD for a Scotts stabilizer for one. The other is the dumb piece of plastic around the horn.. i like to see the ground thru that area myself. The driver foot pegs are up high on that bike. much higher than i'm acustom to, mine are about one inch lower on my 900rr. Besides the sticker price, i really liked the bike.

how'd the pipes look in person? as ugly as pics?
why are all bike pipes ugly these days. do companies just expect to buy aftermarket they dont even pay attention to them
