Got pilot powers put on the Raven a few days ago. Total was $330 for front, rear and mounting. They only charged one mounting fee for both tires.
I've heard a lot of bad stuff coming out of this shop but everytime I have had my bike in there it has come out flawless. They also did the 4000 mile service and fixed a warranty issue
Kurt was my service writer and was awesome. He called once to say it was done, even though he knew I wasn't coming to pick it up till Friday. Then Friday morning he called and said they hadnt done the 4000 mile service yet because the tech forgot and that it would be done in an hour. Got another call in an hour and it was done.

Im shocked that he didn't try to upsell you, he did my 600mile service and after denying his $1800 upsell, he took his merry ol time with my bike.
I was told it would be in and out same day, neatless to say it took over a week. Everyday I called and he would flat out lie to me, saying its on the lift, its on the lift, blah blah blah.
Glad you didn't get fucked, its a crap shoot at that spot.

$330 is a bit steep for only being charged to mount one tire. You can get them at Town n Country for like $215 for the set + $50 to mount (25 each) and like $10 misc charges for tire disposal and valve stems. So thats like $275+tax

Way to shop around man!!! $330????? YSA is usually in that 260-280 range for both, unless u got the CT2's then maybe that would make sense.....

yeah supposedly all of the RideNow dealerships were supposed to be on sale. but he put it in the system and thats what came up(watched him). so whatever. 50 extra and i got it all done at once with the rest of the service.

Nothing but bad to say about Metro. Won't go there ever again. If you want a good price on tires and quick service, go to the Wheel Shop. They got my business.

If anyone remembers my swingarm problem that I had a long time ago (march?) I had some battery acid drip down on my swingarm and its been taking the paint off ever since. It still does, everyday... but now its on my frame also. They denied coverage and told me they would fix it for 200...
I got raped on the price on the bike (my fault I know) but after being taken for that ride, Ive lost all respect for them.
Corporate Suzuki and I are about to go round and round.

My bike is taken care of by Apache Honda since they hold the service contract, but even with that I took mine to YSA for tires as well. I hate Metro and aside from going there out of boredom, I won't shop there.

I used to live right down the street from Metro and would never shop there. Too many idiots that no nothing about bikes. They just want to be in the industry because it's "Whats Cool". They were trying to sell and R1 LE for 29K.:shocked Thats 11k over MSRP. I talked to a salesman and asked him about the bike and he nothing, but he sure did know the price and that they wouldn't let it out the door for less than that.
List goes on.... must resist posting more.......

When it comes to metro all you need to do is look at the bikes the employes are riding and you'll know what kind of retards you're dealing with.
