I just finished reading through the other thread about them...and I just gotta say a quick few things.

I've been dealing with them for almost 2 years now, I originally bought my bike from them and they had wanted to jack the price 3K...so after talking AT them for a bit, I got the bike at MSRP with the Yoshi pipe included for free.

They have tried taking me for that waiting on service game...but all that you EVER have to do is just go in there and dick with them as much as they dick with you. I know it's not the right thing to do, but give what you are given. I have only left my bike there ONCE over night and that was because I took it in at 5:30pm and they had to get the part from another store. Every other time that I have ever been there, regardless of what time I show up, they know me and they get my shit done right promptly and correctly the first time.

Prime example, this last Friday I took it in at 1:30 to get the brake pads replaced and they had it done by about 4pm...they zipped me infront of other customers because I wait right there in the service bay with my arms crossed like an uber dickhead. And I usually walk out paying a bit less then most because I don't stand for their jacking up price bullshit.

That's my 2 cents.

You may have a decent experience but I cant stand going there. If im going to get tires put on then I dont want to be told I need all this new shit. Not only that but when they call you to tell you your bike is done (took 5 hours to put a front tire on) and then you wait another 45 minutes there just to get written up while waiting for your bike to come back from a "Test Ride". If they call you it should be done. When they opened the little garage door into the shop it was empty. Hardly any bikes were back there. So with as many employees as they have around and not many bikes how does it take 5 hours for a front tire? Just my 2 cents.

Ill keep going for the price but you just have to put up with all the shit coming out of their mouth and the terrible wait time. If you dont know much about your bike I wouldnt recommend going there as they will have you replace a ton of shit that doesnt need to be.

Oh I agree with ya 100%...I was just saying that if you go in there and they understand who you are and where you are coming from they don't like to play hide and go fuck urself much. If you 1: don't know shit about ur bike or 2: don't have much of a backbone to be a dick, then you shouldn't go there at all.

My only question is why would you take your bike in to get the front brakes replaced???/ It takes all of 5 minutes!!! Just wondering?

I didn't have a good experience at Town and Country, if this is the one in Chandler. The day manager lied to me when I went to get my oil changed with new tires back in '05. Looks like someone did stoppies. My frame had gouges on the rear end. I was fucking pissed and anybody could tell they were fresh. The gouges were so fresh that it rained and they parked my bike out in the lot and had dried rain dust all over the bike, but he gouges were still sparkly and no rain drops.

The manager told me that the gouges were there before I brought it in. I've never done a stoppie on my bike. I have even adjusted the brake tension or shocks to support a stoppie. I let it go. I never have done business with them again.

I am not happy with metro motorsports either...i dropped my bike off to get serviced because i am one of those suckers that payed for the damn Y.E.S. program! That was my first mistake, and i got a gear shift indicator that i wanted them to install...well i dropped it off on monday at 2pm and just got it back friday at 6:30pm. 4 1/2 days and they couldn't figure out how to wire up the gear shift indicator! No one called me i had to call them to see what was taking so long. I told them i was picking it up by 6pm with or without the part installed so i could go on the memorial ride tomorrow. And i still didn't pull out of there until 6:45!

On the way home on the 101 tonight the motor starts knocking after about 10 miles and doesn't handle right at all. The noise was so bad that i got off of the freeway immediately and took the side streets home (after a visual inspection.) Now of course i am home by the time they close...AND JUST FOUND OUT THEY DIDN'T PUT ANY OIL IN MY BIKE!!!! and probably won't go on the ride tomorrow due to these people...I am so FRUSTRATED! That's all for my little rant. Thanks for listening

I've said it before all Ride now assholes are all the same.....anyone that that sells a Busa to an 18 year-old kid and read in the paper 2 weeks later that the kid died on that bike and still sleep at night your either heartless or you have no concious(sp), or your so blinded by yourgreed of the god old mighty dollar then you HAVE sold your soul to Saten and they deserve to go to HELL!!!!
Yes this is a true story!!!!

hey man what's up...i got the shift indicator because a couple weeks ago I came into a corner a liitle hot and went to down shift and went a gear to low and spun out but gained control...can you say newbie...i know. So i thought it would be a good investment. Yes i got the fender eliminator, new front signals (not flushies but the nextsize up from that), tinted windscreen, a graves slip on pipe, and frame sliders. I put everything on except the piece mentioned earlier. I just took the bike back to them (after I put some oil in it) and it sounds like total crap at 30 mphs. So needless to say I definately won't be on the memorial ride tomorrow.
