I was referred there from Cycle Gear in Mesa. Great service, good prices, and has almost everything you would want in stock. I had bought some Pilot Powers at cycle gear and was having them put them on. They came and picked the tires up from cycle gear for no extra charge and I had them put on new sprockets because they had the driven kit that I wanted in their showroom. I had a problem with the front tire having a slow leak, so I brought it back and the owner personally took it off and inspected everything. He found that two of the tiny strands of rubber that are all over the tire when new had folded over and got stuck between the rim and the tire. The strands were about half an inch longer than I had ever seen, so I could understand the mistake. Obviously no charge for that.

They do basically anything. They also have a dyno there and do tuning which I know I need to get done. I recommend them to all. Awesome guys that will take care of anything you need done for a great price.

I've had my bike in their shop for a couple weeks now. I was told initially that they needed one hour of diagnostics and would call me the following day to tell me what was happening. I've had spotty communication, if any at all. When I have been given dates that my bike would be ready I have called them or stopped by and been met with more excuses and conflicting information.

In lieu of actually honoring their word to call me before any parts were ordered, they have done quite the opposite; ordering parts which i was never told about until i called them and was met with the notice that they are waiting on a part I did not ask them to order. Dates when I was told that parts were ordered I later find out were not true and a part was ordered nearly a week later.

The fact that there may be good motorcycle riders working at this shop does not translate into good service. I'm sure if you are friends with the mechanics outside of their shop you can get in on the buddy system.

I was disappointed by this as the shop came very highly recommended to me. I can see no reason to return there in the future after I get my bike back.

If you are planning on going to this shop and you are not personally acquainted with the employees or owner then make sure to do some name dropping, as I can't seem to see another way to get decent service.

I don’t think it matters that he only posted once. I doubt that he his here just to bash Scott. I guess he just had a bad experience.

LMAO I always get good service at town and fuck me. If you bring in your bike before noon they will change your tires and have it done the same day and they have the best tire prices.
