Correct me if I am wrong c-bass or anyone else but i think you are assigned a number within the organization you are racing. I dont know if u can choose your number

you have to write 3 number you want and if any number is taken you cant use it of you can look here http://www.roadracesw.com/results/2009/resultsByRider.php and see if the the number is all ready taken
