Jerry or other admin......
I know everybody has been talking about doing a track day sometime this summer.... Well I called Arroyo Seco and found some information.
The cost to rent the track for the day is 1,200 dollars +15 dollars for each vehicle/bike.
So if we could get at least 20 people to go to a track day it would only be 75 bucks for a WHOLE day of track riding. I am sick of people talking about doing a track day, then falling through with making arangements.... So if you could edit/move this to official rides or make this poll, I think this is something we need to act on.
Just a note with only 20 people for a WHOLE track day you can ride more than your body and tires can handle...... So what do you guys think????

you know its $150 for 2 days out there on a normal trackday and you dont have to find 20 people. And most of the time they run an "open track" anyways so you can get on and off as much as you like or as long as you/tires/gas can handle.:shocked

I think it would be fun to go as a group though...

Is arroyo more of a 600 track or a 1000 track??? Is it long sweepers or short chicanes? And how about the front streach?

there is a guy at my work that I told about this and he told me to let him know when and he is totally down to rent either do a normal track weekend or rent it out all day he says that everyone will get enough track time for two days if you only have 20 peeps out there.

Myself and a couple guys from Sportbikes.net are going to Arroyo May 12-13 for a two-day session. There should be a spot or two left in the truck and trailer if anyone is interested.

Good idea to wait! I went out of town on work for a week one time and of course that was the ONE TIME my P.O. decided to come by for a visit! Not worth the risk for sure.
