Hire someone who know what they're doing.
There are at least 2 on DR.

smoke alot of crack and steal a bunch of paint supplies and just do what you think works,

Or smoke (huff) the paint and steal the crack. Either works and ensures a fun afternoon.
I dont know much about painting, but Im sure others in this forum do. You lookin to do the job yourself? IMO, hire someone to do it. Half-assed rattle can work on a bike looks like complete shit.

my thoughts are if youre asking thiis advice.....youre not ready to paint it for yourself.
if you feel you are. then tanus is right. sand sand and sand more.
and if youre not sure if you sanded enough...then sand some more.
none of the other aspects will have as detrimental effects as lack of sanding will. if you suck at spraying the clear, you can always double back and clean up

just sand a ton.
be conscious of the distance (and angle ) between the object and the spray gun
take your time. its better to go too light then too heavy on coats

go heavy on the clear and just push the runs out with more clear till it drips off the plastic.. save you a ton of time.. but wastes clear

or do this l ol. Ive never thought this method but that works. you can always cut down the layers of clear with buffing and sanding too!
ive always had tons of time on my hands since im a night owl and insomniac!

Judging by the insane amount of grammar and spelling issues, you certainly hit the crack pretty hard! lol, good luck with the painting.

you can find a ton of articles and videos on how to paint a bike... Its not an easy process to even make it look half assed that being said making it look really good takes skill and a lotof practice. So IMO it just depends what your looking for and if you think you have the ability to achieve what your looking for... they charge 500 for it because its very time intensive and takes tons of practice and time to get it to look good.
Its worth the money to have it done right.. but again it just depends what your looking for and how much time your willing to dedicate to it
