Fuck me, I am trying to look up specs on 08 r6 vs 06 r6, i found a guy that is selling an akarapovic full system from his 08r6 for a pretty good price, trying to swoop it up but dont know if it'll bolt to the 06 r6, if anyone knows offhand appreciate the response, i'm going to ak's website now but figured i'd throw it out just in case.

but it might be because the 08 fairings are smaller so it wont take an 06 exhaust. Might not be the other way around. Did you post up on any of the r6 specific boards?

the slip will fit, but something with the header is different.

fuck my life, just got home and did the research on it and per pipe city the race akra exhaust part numbers are the same for the 08 and for the 06... dude on r6-forum has a full akra system in steel with a carbon fiber canister and was selling for $300 plus shipping...

yeah it sold, 350 for an akra full system with a carbon canister, it sold quick, dude said his pm inbox was full.

and i dont remember if it was steel or titanium now, i'm fucking tired, just spent the last hour and a half at an interview then driving home...
