http://vimeo.com/8653442

track may run open sessions (get on the track any time and off)

Why get a membership? i will post a night time/daytime track day schedule for the rest of the year if we can have good turn outs. either way there will basically be a trackday every 2nd or 4th week of the month.

a EMT will be at the track.

And Domino's delivers to the track.

all track information can be found at http://www.mhcircuit.com if you cant find it there ask me.

Wheeliest
02-16-2010, 05:48 PM
no bumps. no tar snakes/seems and ryans not going to make it out there so i plan on rolling out by myself... i gotta get some time in on good tires with my new shock, prolly going to lower my front end a few more mm's to.

RyGuy
02-16-2010, 06:11 PM
yea i won't be able to make it cause of work, but i'd def recommend the track. of course its no full size bike track, but it sure is fun. track is very smooth, curbing on every corner, no problems with grip when we ran a night session in january and we weren't holding back much. can't beat $60.

C-Bass
02-16-2010, 06:16 PM
I may come out with you. I need to drop
my forks a MM, raise the rear 1 or 2 and get my new shit setup

those are the gloves that cover your wrist also. little longer then your average street rider glove.. and i got spare leathers but they are to big for me. so i would imagine you swimming in them.

o i know just from the video jason posted it looked slick and just wanted to know if that was true or not

Wheeliest
02-18-2010, 04:10 AM
Like i said im not getting anything out of this. I wouldn't have set this up if the track was slick/garbage. Firebird is over priced and i want everyone to be able to experience riding on a track.

MisterH112
02-18-2010, 08:19 AM
No one I know! just cause people think FH as money doesnt mean they have cool shit like a generator! lol.

Good doesn't necessarily mean you can hang with the track record holders...just means you can stay within your limit and not put people at risk. in my book anyways

wait... how many times have you been down? Pat how many times have you been down (track or not...)
The defense rests.

As much as I dont wanna stick up for the stubborn old bastard, that just happened!

at any rate. Any good rider should know their limits anyway. Track days arent about seeing who's got the bigger dick, its getting practice and getting better as a rider.

I wont make it work 8-5 sat and sun. Also just realized sunday's my dad's b-day.

umm not sure what you are getting at...but I have been down once and that was at Firebird (the shittiest track known to man) in a turn that like 5 other people far far better than me went down in that day also...

So, in your original post, you stated no bikes over 600cc yet I see that Gio rode his blue and white Gixxer(1000cc) and not his yellow one (600cc) so did you change the rules and just not update your post?

BTW: nice to see you use your OWN pictures and not someone else's :-)

Agreed...the track is awesome. The layout is actually very fun...some good off camber corners and switch-backs. Boy is it a workout too lol. The track is most definitely suited for 600c bikes or smaller. Thanks for the special invite Jason. For only $60 to ride all frickin day even into the night during the summer....that's awesome :thumb:
