Had a good experience with them today. As some of you know Jerry decided to be a prick and barrow my Scorpion Helmet and break it(j/k we have no idea what caused it). It is only 9 months old so i took in to be looked at under warrenty.

I took it in Monday to Helmet Harbor and Todd looked at the helmet called scorpion and got the okay just to give me a new one as the old one couldn't be fixed. We looked at all the designs including the ones released this week. I picked one the wasn't in yet.

Todd called me yesterday(thursday) to say it was in but the paint scheme was more then the 1 i had ($10). I went in today and looked at it and Todd even offered to let me get a different one of the Scorpions that was the same price and not get charged. Looked around but i still liked my new one and for $17(i did have to pay the shipping as well because of how warranty stuff works) i got a new helmet.

I am the 1st one to get this paint scheme too.

All in all it was a good experience and i would recommend them. It's at Copper(Stapley) and Guadalupe. Just take 60 to Stapley. Stapley south left on Guadalupe and it's just up the street on the right in a little business mall

they are actually decent helmets. Besides if for $17 you can get a brand new helmet every year is that really a problem?

Mine is the only time i have really ever heard of a problem with these.

Helmet Harbor is indeed a fine place.

But it's actually Cooper and Guadalupe not Copper and Guadalupe.

In any case, I bought a Shoei recently and I realized what I was missing. My KBC, Vemar, Suomy and Shark were all outperformed by the Shoei. Easily.

Went in there to get a helmet and jacket Todd took a lot of time helping me find gear I liked and cut some off the price. He was a cool guy to talk to and very helpful for a newb like me. I have already recommended it to several friends.
