My bike is a 92 cbr600 f2. Just did emissions on it, failed twice, hydrocarbons too high (rich at idle). Anybody willing to re-jet the carbs and throw in some new spark plugs for me?

Why do you need a jet kit your idle mixture screw is probably not where it should be.

Your main jets are for partly open to wide open throttle where if the throttle bodies are closed its up to the idle mixture screw to meter the fuel. So probably need to turn your mixture screws in a bit.

Float level is also important.

I'm sorry, I am so carburetor retarded it hurts, it really does. My buddy looked at the sheet I got when I failed.

Hydrocarbons 2300 PPM (parts per million)
Hydrocarbon limit 1800 PPM

Carbon Monoxide .21
Carbon Monoxide limit 5.50

I thought my bike was really rich at idle because of the high amount of hydrocarbons, but my buddy said with my carbon monoxide being so low, he is thinking I have a lean misfire at idle.

Do I have to rip apart the carbs to adjust the mixture screw?

you are running very lean
You need a d shaped tool to adjust the mixture
these readings are typical of dirty carb I usually take the carbs apart to fix them but there are some cleaners that may help.

Agreed clean your carbs. Second get the service manual and adjust the carbs to what the factory set them to.
