bike question

So, if someone picked up a bike with no title/vin numbers shaved, pretty sure stolen, and just want a track bike, what are the odds that they would get pulled over with it on a trailer on the way to/from the track and have the cop try to run the vin numbers? this is just a theoretical question, me and a guy at work were just discussing it and didnt know.

I will keep off the issue of right or wrong to buy stuff you know is stolen.

The chances are very low. You would have to be doing something wrong to start with IE speeding or weaving in and out of traffic. Then you would have to give the cop a reason to look at the bike you are towing. Then he would have to think humm let me run these numbers or lack there off.

I am not looking for a track bike, well not right now, gotta pay off way too much shit before i even think about buying another toy, fucking bills. I was just talking to a guy at work and the subject got brought up so i thought i would post it up for the hell of it and to give you guys something to talk about to get you through the work day
