Ok, so it seems selling my condo is becomming a potential impossibility in this market. SO, I am considering renting it out for at least a year. I would be looking for tenants who would sign a years lease with first and last month up front. The condo info is as follows:
located in Mesa close to ASU, 101, 202, 60 & 87. Also close to new Mesa Riverview shopping complex.
second story unit
2 bed room 2 bathroom, 1040sq ft.
Master bedroom has bathroom directly attached (nice and private)
nice breakfast nook in the kitchen can fit a good size table
