MY PHONE IS RUINED!

Well tonight I was in northern Scottsdale and decided i would try to leave before the storm hit. Well i got out too late. Not even 1/8 mile away i was getting nearly blown over. The combo of rain and strong ass winds actually made my rear tire skip to the side when riding at like 5mph. It got so bad i decided to turn back. I got to the gate at the neighborhood and it wouldnt open because the crazy ass winds. So i had to get off my bike and force the gate open. Well during that entire time i had my cell phone in one pocket and my ipod in the other. The ipod is fine but only the key lights light up on my cell. Other then that its fucked. I pulled the battery right away and blow dried it all but it didnt work. But the good news is i have ins. on it so it will be $50. But best of all the ipod is fine, that would cost much more the replace.


This storm tonight was the craziest thing i have EVER riden in. The other week, in the flooded roads didnt even compare to how bad this was. The rain was seriously falling sideways the wind was so hard. This wind was more then strong enough to blow the bike over. Hell a fence gate with very little surface area couldnt even open up because the wind. The rain was so bad i had to open my visor just to see... So i went back to my uncles and waited out the storm in the hot tub in the backyard haha

put ur phone in the sun for about 2 days, i went swimming with mine and after that I could use it.

just let it dry out for a few days, leave it alone.

you can get messages from your VM by calling your phone number, hit pound then your code, then pound. (this worked on AT&T, Cingular and verizon)

drying it is hit or miss, that happend with me before, let it dry for over a week but the screen was ruined and the phone wouldn't stay on.

it was out all day. Completely dry but only the button lights go on. Nothing else. Its screwed... Yes i can call my voicemail from other phones

my phone landed in a bucket of water at work thanks to that person I can't name for legal reasons remember? still worked for a while... till the "comet" on the screen thing happened... :lol:

So i finally got my new RAZR. On the phoen they told me they were out of my model and that they were going to send me a new model. I didnt know if it was better or worse and i didnt care because i was getting a phone again. Well i opened it up today to find the phone i was going to upgrade to. Its the MP3 RAZR. It was going to cost my over $100 to upgrade, but instead i got lucky as hell and got it for the $50 deductable. Not only that but it is a light silver case and the inside is a flat black. It looks sleak as hell.
