Had them mount a tire for me at the last second. I was told it could be a hour wait but i was in and out in 20 minutes. Meantime i just talked with all the enployees and had a good time. They did the rear tire, added air to my front, and all. $45 out the door to mount. I know its a bit higher but i was willing to pay anything as my chords were showing
Good dealership to deal with.

Jerry,
Did you get a chance to talk to Mark in the service dept at all?
He knows his stuff..
And, he just happens to be pretty fast around a racetrack

+1
I had these guys do work on my bike after moving, because during my move I dropped the bike off the ramp. They replaced all my plastics just about and gave me cheaper aftermarket solutions lower the amount I actually had to pay for my deductible. They actually remember who I am when I go in for new parts, etc. These guys are awesome.

I bought my 2007 Kawasaki Ninja 500R from them! I tell you want....I could not have asked for a more relaxed, no pressure salesteam! They were awesome! Went over everything with me on the bike....fully inspected it again prior to me leaving, gave 15% off all my gear, and gave me a HELL of a deal on the bike!
+1 North Valley Honda!

+1 for Mark Ledesma, he is the FASTES Epert (CCS) in our region..... He also does quite a few AMA events and places very well for a privateer. He also holds all of the local track records (road race not drag). So, yes he definatly knows his shit and is one of the nicest most layed back guys I've met. He was the man that I quetioned about all my motor and suspension work on my race bike ('05 CBR600RR). Shit I'd vote Mark for Pres if he ran. LOL
