been watching it on TV... i remember i was a sophmore in HS and i saw the second plane hit live

ya I was a sophmore also. it was like 6 in the morning and my mom came in and told me a plane hit the twin towers. my first thought was big deal(i thought she meant it was like a little cessna(sp?) or something not a jet. then she came in like 20 minutes later and said a 2nd plane hit. thats when i got up and was like holy shit. then on my way to school i heard on the radio the first tower collapsed. it was pointless to go to school that day. we all stared in silence at the news in every single class.

yup that was a crazy damn day, it was my soph year at Embry Riddle Aeronautical Univ. i was sleepin on a couch in my friend dorm when the girl next door burst in and told us to turn on the news, i though i was dreamin for a while, things just got real crazy after that, FBI wa on our campus later that day, it was a very bad time, several of my fraternity brothers lost family in that, my big brother's (fraternity) mom was supposed to be a flight attendant on one of those flights but was sick that day...

I worked for british airways at the time and all flights were canceled.... one of teh guys i worked withs son was supposed to be in a meeting at teh WTC that day but it got cancelled that morning, he was a wreck i couldnt even imagine..... even thinking about it pisses me off!!!

my one uncle is a pilot for continental and he was flying around the city that day, saw the towers burning. then my other uncle who is a pilot in the air force left the pentegon that day before the plane hit there to get back to niagara falls base then flew the kc-135 tanker that was refueling the jets circleing the city that day.
