View Full Version : Target practice on Sunday 17 SEP early morning

Folks.....

I am going to the shooting range this Sunday for some target practice, if you want to join me, please let me know, if you don't have a weapon I will be happy to let you use one. I'm leaving early morning cause gets hot later on the day. The range is located at 17 and carefree rd. Bring 5 bucks cash to get in, some change for paper targets and drinks, ear protection and a good attitude. If you want to ride go ahead but I will be driving (would be a bitch to take the M4 on a bike).

depends what your defenition of a small piece.... 9mm to me es pretty damn small, but then thats me. I'll be taking the 9mm and the M4, you can try them and see if you like them. I like the .40 better but ammo is more expensive, you can get 100 9mm rounds for 10 bucks at wallmart :lol:, .223 for the M4 is also pretty expensive but i got few rounds left over from last week so we can always use those.

357mag, there all the time on the world, we can arrange some other time to go down range, but you are doing yourself a good favor by taking the MSF course, good luck, more important have fun

Well out of the smaller hand guns i have shot i loved the glock... ill get the exact model but i loved the feel and all. I grew up hunting ducks and pheasent so ive been around shotguns my entire life. Eventually around April id like to the CWP class and get a small hand gun. Id just take the course so i know the legalities of it all

Have to be early, I'll say around 800am, we can meet at 83rd and bell. 623 466 3305.

XD40 is pretty awesome, I want one :) but so far the most accurate, confortable and reliable hand gun in my opinion is the walther P99, i love the damn thing.

I've fired the P99 before, I concur its a great gun.

No one showed up, you punks, lol j/k, it was good, took the AR-15 (Military M-4) spend about 250 rounds, the piece of shit jammed once, (cheap ammo) but was easy to fix. Didn't take any of the optics, so it was all old fashion iron sight. I'm getting a pretty good shot.

I might go out next weekend, I'll let you guys know, i can let you use the guns if you don't have any.

shit I put optics on for a week while I was in iraq that shit didn't help after that it was iron sights the whole time I ain't no damn sniper lol

ooh, i shot an mp5 a couple months ago. also an m240. that was a fun day.
