you may think i sounds good...but youre making the rest of us go deaf if we ride next to you. and there is no back pressure now...making your bike run like a peanut filled turd, not to mention potentially causing harm to your motor...oh and the whole not being street legal thing too.


and 03-04 are the same. 05's look the same but they have inverted forks and radial front brakes. then they completley changed to the new R6 in 06 and kept the R6s as a less costly option for a sport bike. its still a great bike just needs a few upgrades in my opinion.

Ahhhhh gotcha now, cool! You know what though when I got my R6S Allstate didnt consider it as a sports bike so insurance is way cheap for me! I think its a awesome bike yeah maybe some upgrades would be nice but even as it is ill never be able to run it to its full potential so I dont care it goes it stops and its a Yami : ). Yeah just dont ride on my right side and you will be ok I ride in the back of the pack anyways...Pshhh street legal who cares been pulled over twice onces in Scottsdale road and the other in Cali no ticket just warning. And you know my bike does not run like shit without it yeah low end TQ sucks but them high rpms it just rips so much better now, its just for now till I get a exhaust should be soon I hope, and if it hurts my motor eh so be it ill trade it in and get my upgrade bike Daytona 675!

at high rpm is where the motor damage could occur...no back pressure at high rpm and closing throttle=potential big gulp of cold air getting sucked into your valve train and having a nice crispy burnt valve!even drag exhausts are made to prevent that. must be nice to have the ability to destroy a motor and upgrade at will. idk about you but i like having a bike that doesnt make me go completley deaf because i have to ride it at 13000 rpm to get any kind of power out of it...but to each their own i suppose.

those bikes handle very well if you swap out the forks...the conventional ones sway quite a bit in any hard to extreme cornering and make it hard to hold a good line. and the brakes kinda suck too.
