true or not i dont know.. but from what i hear from a few bartenders is that most bars hire from within... even if you have bartending experience... meaning you have to start out as a bouncer or server 1st...

yea its true that most of the clubs with promote from with in but not all the time we do about 50/50 promotion and hiring for outside.

and yes dos in chandler would be a great place to look they are in the process of opening and staffing a few new bars and are hiring for bartenders from what i hear
