At it again...condo for sale...possibly

Ok, looking to sell my condo.....again. After several months off the market it may be going back on. Will probably list it for $137k or so. It is a 2 bed 2 bath almost 1100 sq ft, second level condo in Mesa, close to the 202 and 101, ASU and so forth. It has a wood burning fireplace, fresh paint, upgraded light fixtures and laminate hardwood flooring in the main room. Just wanted to make you guys aware in case one of you are looking for a nice inexpensive place.

Id be more than happy to help ya out and give you some advice. I wouldnt just speak with your bank, check several options for funding. I presently have the mortgage through M&I Bank, even though I bank through Desert Schools. I did this because Desert Schools did not offer as good of a rate.

Also since you are a club member and you are a first time buyer I can help ya out with closing costs. Hell, if you are interested and dont want to get a realtor involved we can do this ourselves (I have experience doing so so no worries there) and Ill split what would have gone to the realtors with ya. Basically 3% of the purchase price (roughly 4 grand) would go to you.
