Believe it or not, I actually heard and listened to a couple of bands in the Folk/Troll/Norse/Viking metal categories. Different. A change from the usual commercial bands. Hard to listen to sometimes if the vocal are growled in Finnish, Swedish or some other languages, but I like the rhythm and melody to it.
Kind of got into it a little listening to bands like Amorphis, Bathory, Mercyful Fate/King Diamond, Amon Amarth, etc

What type of earphones/earbuds do all of you use? Or do you have speakers built into your helmets?
The regular earbuds for my IPOD are pushed out of my ears as I put my helmet on. I have to use the type which wrap around my ears in order for them to stay in place

Nah, you have to balance the fast pace with easy listening so you don't stay too amped up and blow past Highway Patrol at a buck 20. . .
Fatboy Slim, INXS, When in Rome, Cheryl Crow, Wallflowers, 3 Door Down, Usher, Jesus Jones, Bruce Hornsby, Tears for Fears, Pussycat Dolls, Beck, Duran Duran, Staind, Live, Evanescense
If you lose yourself into the music then you pay less attention.
I just groove and stay in the moment. The tunes keep me focused on what I'm doing.
