Alright guys and gals, this is the event everyone has been waiting for. Its been too long since we had a club event so lets make this good. Invite everyone you know that rides and bring passengers. This will give everyone a good chance to meet all the club members and put names to faces.

Here is the game plan:
Location: Meet at Hooters on Mill Ave in Tempe.

Parking: We will have parking available to people who say they are with Devil Riders on Mill Ave. Parking will be limited, so you will only get it if your coming for the club event

I plan to go to Hooters early next week to talk to the manager and work details out. There will be multiple checks for the people that eat so dont worry about that. We will probably reserve tables for 9pm. Most likely with a good show we can get a few Hooters girls to get on the bikes or you can pick girls off Mill Ave to do it :lol: . This will be a good time guaranteed.

I will be collecting money for the shirts at the event also. The price is $15 for the first and $10 for the second, third, fourth, ect.... The print will be white and the colors will be blue, red, black, and pink. Im also going to be checking but im sure we can get green, orange, and any other color that white print will be visable on. All sizes S-XL are regular price but you have to add $2 for any XXL or XXL's.

The design for the front will be posted this week. The back of the shirt is already up in the shirts post. We need at least orders for 20 shirts to place an order. Once the order is placed it is between 3-6 day turn around. So the shirts would be ready the following weekend.

There are 3 parking spots right infront of hooters we are going to try to get earlier in the day, and then there are some right down the street a little that we will try to get. So when your rolling down Mill look for the spots we have saved. Bike will be easier...

Here is the plan. There is an area for taxis right by the three spots i want. With 3 bikes we can sit in that area and wait for them to open up and put one bike in each spot when they do open. With a bike we can just ride in the small bike lane and with the car, well by the time you see the spot open it will be taken. We will meet at my place at 4:00-4:15 and all go over there. We will get the spots, probably take like 30min-hour for all to open up, then everyone can catch a ride back with me in the S10 to my place. Then we can all chill there for a while unitl the meet. Then we will ride in the S10 to the meet at around 7pm so everything is ready for when everyone shows up
