Well insurance is offering to give me 8800 for my bike I paid 10 OTD tax title license. Think I should see if I can get more or take msrp?

yea sorry, actually I am going thru the same process with my bike right now.... Thankfully I have gap so no major worries but eitherway when I get an answer I will pass some info your way....

somehow I can believe that's about what they would give.... remember it's just like a car, when you drive it off the lot it depreciates by 1 year....

yea doesnt seem to bad what they are giving you. Hell most the new R6's are only going for 7500-8000 max

ok, after the details... take it and run. thats a damn good price from an insurnace company. pocket it, save a paycheck or 2 and get another bike. or hell.. since the '07 models r coming out, go to a dealer with cash (not really.. but tell them u have it) and ull pay $8800 OTD for everything to take an 06 model off their floor.
