Need help getting a single frame/pic out of a short video

I took a 7 second video with my camera and I can't figure out how to get a single frame out of the video. Does anyone know of a web site that I could play the video through and pick frame by frame, or just how to do it with my computer. Any help is appreciated.

microsoft movie maker can do it... wont be the best quality though

it's kind of cheating but you could play the video and pause on the frame you want then hit print screen.

then open paint and just cut out the image you want.

it's really a poor way to do it but it's easy and doesn't require any special programs
