World of Warcraft

I don't know how many of you might have seen it, but last week's South Park was done (I believe) in conjunction with Blizzard - about half of the episode was WoW machinama. It was pretty much one of the funniest things ever, as the SP kids banded together to play for nearly a month straight and defeat a rogue character who was killing everyone at will.

Anyway, watching this somehow convinced me to start up my account again. I played for a few months at the beginning of the year, got distracted by other things, and (temporarily) cancelled my account. Well, I'm back and curious if anybody else here plays as well.

The chances of us being on the same server are slim, but if there are enough of us, maybe some of us could change servers. I'm willing, as the friends I used to play with have started grad school and won't be renewing their accounts until that's all said and done.

Anyway, right now I'm on Silvermoon.

I've known a couple of people who took it to a whole new level and ended up with bed sores from sitting in a god damn chair forever wasting their lives... I can not understand how you do it??? i would get bored after an hour and would have to get outside.... But to each their own!

i like leveling up and getting new stuff for my character.. at the same time as playing i'll usually be doing other stuff on the computer and/or watching tv (i have two monitors for my set up so it's easy to do for me)

just gotta practice moderation, and don't let it take over your life. i definitely know some who truly are addicted. i say i am, but it's only in jest. usually i'd much rather be riding or going to the gym - two things i place first and foremost ahead of WoW

lets put it like this... my housemate has a modded x-box and in the 3 months i have been here i have never picked up a controller. You really think i play war craft? BUT i did play it when i was like 10 lol

2 60's... *sigh* addmitting I have a problem is the first step to recrovery right? Heh, just kidding, I do have two 60's, and still play frequently, but I get out and do other stuff. I just love my computer!

the only game that i will ever play on the computer is Counter Strike. and my days of that shit is over unless i go back to wisconsin. im in jerrys same possition but with more shit. my roomate has a moded x-box, a 360, ps2, and an arcade machine with 6000 games on it. I barley play any of them unless im drunk or some of my buddies(jerry) want to play it. but having an arcade machine is the most baller shit ever!!
