I still hurt pretty bad but it seems to be getting better. My ass is black and blue. I am hurting all over now. Neck, legs back ankles. I hit really hard. thanks for everything yesterday.

he had a nice low side that turned into a high side from what i hear he got tossed like 5 feet up in the air and landed on the his hip and lower back on the track.

its race practice on saturday (which is 80 bucks if you just want to do the trackday, thats what i did last month) and sunday is the races.
