where do you all go to buy replacement parts for your bikes either local or online? I went to aztrackday's trackday today (which got moved to firebird main) and managed to lowside the R1 in turn #10, so needless to say some parts need to be replaced now.

cool. I'll check them out. As far as what happened? I crashed. No, J/K, one of the instructors said it looked like I hit a bump and came up and when I came down pulled open the throttle a little, combined w/ cold tires and I spun out the rear wheel and low sided. That, and I was probably also just riding over my head. Funny part was that I was passing everyone in the earlier morning sessions then after the lowside I slowed down a lot and worked w/ an instructor on better lines and form, so then I think I started slowing everyone down! lol

I'll post some pics later

Yeah intermediate seems to be pretty quick, especially if its going to be anything like Sunday where they combine intermediate with advanced. I heard someone mentioning somewhere that they were going to go for intermediate because they got moved from beginner to super street and claimed they were passing everyone, but I didn't really want to mention that half the super street people were probably going slower because they had either already wrecked (like me) or because they saw the 15+ other wrecks that had already happened.

oh check out socaltrackdays.com, they run a track out in Pahrump which is like 60 miles from here but there are no sessions, so as I understand it you just go all day and get on and off when you please.
