$1,800 a month HOA fee's to cover mait and such, on top of homes starting at $625,000....

The homes don't start at $625,000 (That's $225,000 per acre!!!), the dirt to build a home on starts at $675,000 lol. That's a ridiculous ripoff, it should with a free bottle of KY so it won't hurt as badly when the buyers get assfucked. Fun fact, the median home pricing in GA is around $175,000.
