While I was deployed my girlfriend had ordered me the Icon "Skull" Hooligan jacket from RideGear.com. Roughly a week after paying online she was contacted by them saying "Sorry, we don't have that in stock". They didn't even offer to return the money, all they said was that they would give her some more money, roughly $25-30 more than original purchase.
We decided that we would wait until I returned back to the states and I would find something from then and order. SO I finally got around to ordering those sprockets I talked about. I spent one full week calling 3-5 times a day just to be put directly on hold without speaking to a single person and then 20 minutes be automatically hung up on. When I would try another section of their store, I would again be put directly on hold and the same would happen. I never vocally spoke to someone at the store still.
I did email them and finally someone replied to it. Even though they responded to my email it still took another week or so just to order the part I needed because it looked like they would only check their email once a week. The last email they sent me informed me it would be out of the warehouse in 3 days. Two full weeks later, I'm still waiting on my sprockets to get here.
LONG STORY SHORT, I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN DUE TO THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, LACK OF INVENTORY THAT THEY ADVERTISE ONLINE, LACK OF HELP WHATSOEVER.

also call your bank and dispute the charges. never received product from them and the money will be credited.

I told them just to reimburse her credit card, but then they gave me some bull shit excuse that they changed credit companies and can't return the money. :cussridegear.com

Go to your bank and dispute the charge. Manny knows whats up. You'll get your money back.

damn that sucks... Ive bought 3 jackets and a helmet from them and didn't have any problems at all ... definitely dispute your credit card though.

It looks like the CHAIN/SPKT KIT YAM YZF-R6 F-19837 is now available and I can get that out for you pretty quick now. I am unable to refund you because we have changed credit card processors and your info was billed to our last processor, you may start a chargeback process. Otherwise we can ship the sprocket kit out for you and you can pick out a pair of gloves or a tee shirt or something, just keep it $200 value or below.

So my management did not understand the situation that is going on here, so
I explained it to them and how it needs to be a top priority to get this to
you so they have assured me it will be going out for you in the next 4 days.

FINALLY! After being gone for a week to TN, my sprockets are in...can't wait for the weekend to come!
