first race.

So i had my Second Attempt to have my first race. Funny story, highsided while getting my race license at Arroyo. but still completed the course and retained my license. So sebastian and i raced this weekend. It was my first race and i was extremely nervous. So we gridded up and i had a bad start. I didn't really practice on launching i think coming outa turn one i was in 4th but passed a few ppl on the inside coming outa the yucca. So on the second lap i was still in the same position which was 3rd i think and was cut off on the carasail and ran off the track (doh!) but quickly got back on track and started pushing it even harder to get my position back. Then Tyler Reeves highsided coming outa the yucca and was out cold and had a compound fracture outa his arm so they restarted the race after the ambulance returned. So this time i had a great start off the wholeshot. i was in third coming into turn one then passed on the inside coming outa the yucca and was in second behind Sebastian and went down the straight and coming into the carasail a guy on an r1 tried to pass me on the outside but came in way to hot and ran off the track and i retained 2nd the whole race behind Sebastian. i was trying to catch up and was closing the gap between Sebastian and i but just ran outa time! All i can say is that i had a freaking blasT!!! will update with pics as soon as Sebastian loads them up! cant wait for the next round!:cheers

ahhh thanks guys! i owe alot to Sebastian for letting me ride down there with him and for him introducing me to racing! Hes the one that got First. This season should be fun. Im not quite fast as him but the competition should be fun!
