Yet another S***** place to go. I bought 2 X-11 Shoei helments and had to have one of them orded. You would think they would check the avaliblity before promising the helment in tow days, but no. So the day it's suppost to come in passes and no phone call, nothing. So my wife shows up there asking where it is and they tell her it's on backorded for an unknown amount of time. So shes like this is great because now she can't go riding with me with no helment so after some heated discussion they finally just give her a helment so she has something to wear. After about a month in a half has gone by and still no word form RideNow as to when the helment is going to get here, so I finally called Shoei myself and got ahold of 'The' marketing manager for the us. I sent him some pics of the one helment we have and he like 'there is no way you are going to get that helment, it was discontinued in 07.' So I went down to RideNow to shove the helment up there a@# and tell them that they need to do something about this now. They stated that they had no idea that it was discontinued, so I told them lets look at there product catalog and sure enought, its was listed as 'discontiuned as of 2007'. So it looks like after talking with other customers there and telling them about the wonderful service they offer (I got serveral people to leave) they decided that they would look nation wide for the helment, or order us two new matching helments. No chance of refund or returning the one helment I had. But I will never go back there again. There service is seriously lacking.

that was only one experience.
When I wrecked my old bike, I called them to come pick it up for a damage estimate. They send 2 idiots.... I answer the door with a cast on my arm and one on my leg. And I'm using a walker to top it off.
Dumbass #1: "wow, you really messed yourself up, huh."
Me: "Yeah"
Him: "How did you do it?"
Me: I was coming around a curve, hit some sand that washed out into the road, tried to keep it straight, but couldn't hold on and down I went."
Dumbass #2: "Dang man! Did that happen on your bike?"
Me: "Yes....Yes it did happen on my bike.... And please don't touch it."
