just thought i'd say hello and give an intro for those of you that i haven't met yet. my name is matt, and i'm a 22 year old asu west business student. i live kind of up north (by barlett lake=decent riding). i started riding when i was 18 on a yzf600r, then went to an 03 r6 le :) that was a fun bike... so fun that i got about a thousand tickets and a whole bunch of police love :( but now i'm an old man, and like to think that i'm a bit more responsible. i had a gsxr before i bought the duc 999. so pretty much, i'm addicted to bikes & cars in a big way. i look forward to meeting and riding with everyone :D

i find it common that car forums tend to be more dramatic... with cars its how much money you dump into it to make it fast. Bikes come fast. The most important mod on a bike is the rider. Doesnt matter if you have a ton of power on a bike, if you cant ride you will be the slowest on the street.

And yea... lets keep the drama to a minimum here lol

You hit that spot on man. That's why I like bikes so much, its difficult to ride one in the first place. Plus, there isn't really anything to make the bike faster except improving your skill. Any dumbass can sit in a seat an push a pedal! Countersteering is a bit more complicated for most.
