Alright guys and gals its getting way warmer and tonight when i was riding home I decided it was time again. It is warm enough so it's time to start back up the weekly/biweekly meets and rides. So to get it started again I thought we would go old school Devil Riders and do the good South Mountain / In n Out ride.

Here's the details:

Thursday 2/8/07

Meet at 6:30pm at the In-n-Out at Rural and the 202. Here we can take pictures, meet new members, eat some food, and just talk. We will leave at roughly 8pm and ride to South Mountain (Central and Baseline). We will ride up South Mountain, stop at the top and chill for a bit, and then ride down.

Now I would like everyone to be there by at least 7:15 as i would like to take a group photo with all the bikes and members which will go on the new homepage (www.devil-riders.com (http://www.devil-riders.com) front page). If you want you and your bike to be on the homepage you must be there on time so we can position all the bikes and take a few pictures

For those who ordered shirts in the first round I will bring them so you can get them. For those who made an order in round two I will try my best to get them there.

press the ESC key and all animations will freeze. Also, if you are on your work computer, I would recommend going into the UserCP and there is an option in there to disable avatars.

guys that was fuckin awesome tonight. We had 40+ at in n out and 26 people roll up south mountain. It was an amazing site to look behind me and see a train of lights swooping though the mountain roads. The pics taken will be posted soon. Thanks for all who joined in on the event. Next week or two weeks from now will be the Suaharo lake ride.

Even though i had to deal with the hardass po... and the reason he pulled us over, well i dont even know if its was being pulled over casue we were stopped and talking to each other when he pulled up like a badass and told us to "break out" our licenses... and the reason he did this was to give us this great advice "dont go fast by people because they will shoot you if you do"

I had a great time as well guys. Except that I was one of the 3 getting harassed by the po-lice. They always be trying to catch me riding dirty. I'm glad he had a talk with us though, otherwise, we could have "passed someone too fast and gotten shot". Thanks to everyone for stopping at that gas station and waiting for the three of us.

I apologize to those behind me on the mountain. I technically got my license Tuesday, and that was one hell of an introduction ride. I don't think I blinked once. :shocked Can't wait to see the pics!

yeah on a ride never push yourself if you don't feel comfortable doing it. Safety is the number 1 thing on these rides and don't push past what you feel comfortable doing to try and keep up. I know others in the group would rather lose a little speed and time if it meant everybody was comfortable and safe.

If you guys need a camera, I do have access to all of Sony's Digital cameras, including their D-SLR (The Alpha series). Just let me know and I can take it out and take some really good pics of everyone's bikes.

I can do shots as well - i have a nice tripod, nice dslr camera and nice glass to make nice pictures. I have a sling backpack so i can ride and bring the camera with. I'm down for group shots or photo shoots whenever. I'm sure Rich (az350z) can do the same as well, he has a nice setup and photography experience.

I can do weekday rides, just not super late. Like if we were to meet up at 6:30-7:00pm or something after the rush hour traffic has died i'm cool with stayin out till like 10 or 11. I just can't do the really late stuff like starting a ride at 11:00 or later. I'll bring it on the first ride I come to.
