Well since there is no way that SPies could win the title this year anyways I am kinda confused by your negative reaction. Oh wait no I'm not.

Spies has just got his foot into the Moto GP door. It's going to much different for him compared to AMA superbike. He didn't expect anything big right away and neither shall we. It'll take some time before he even catches up to Hayden way before he will even think to be right with Stoner and Rossi.

Yeah he did finish in top 10 today didn't he like 10th maybe I'll have to watch again but I just hate seeing Stoner get out in front and never look back

I thin he is only going to get stronger as time goes on. Ian probably is right about him hanging in the middle of the pack though.

8th is a respectable performance for sure. It is going to take him some time but I think that he is going to be more like a 4-8 finisher on the regular.

Spies has taken first in the FIM Superbike at Phillp Island. Not bad. In time, he'll get up there in MotoGP.
