Anybody very good with vbulletin?

Need some stuff done around the site but don't really have time right now to figure it out.

Mainly

1) Banner needs to be reworked with some buttons added and some taken away.
2) Latest Threads doesn't work on the portal.
3) I'd like to add another "Latest Threads" type thing to the side but only for upcoming events.

Think that is pretty much it.
