That was pretty cool...I need to play with the settings on my camera a little. Never shot a moving target.

Lets do this shit again. If the weather holds up say 6 tommorow at the shop?

Ill be at work:mad: Im down for a wheelie contest demon!! Contest always help you improve your skills. Thats how i learned to wheelie is from someone better than me and then eventually i ended teaching a lot of people and/or motivating them to try. Wish i had more time to ride with you guys.:(

Damn 90mph. I got one up to like 40mph once and I thought that was crazy in first gear. 90 in second must be insane. Have you ever recked a wheelie?

The fastest i have hit in a wheelie was 142 it was fun but i try not to leave second now at least not till i get a steering damper :shocked went into a tank slapper one to many times.

the FASEST I have EVER hit was like 150 or so in 5th, I just kept shifting... it was a sit-down though, and it started to get low towards the end.. but front tire off the ground= WHEELIE!

That's some dangerious sh*t. So the high 130 -140 is where the death wobble begins. The fastest I have gone is 125 but no wobble, and the GSXR comes with a stock dampner. There is a little screw on the bottom, you loosen that compress the dampner a few time to get the air out then fill it with engine oil and it makes it alot stiffer. (a little tip for people that own a GSXR)

Yah thats pretty fast my 142 was allso a sit down. I like stand ups a lot better. hanging right around 85-90 is perfect you get a lot more time to wheelie before you have to turn :D . I have no intrest in slow stuff :shocked hell i even do my stoppies at 50-60.

:lol2: Yah thats what i meant. It does take talent and a lot of time dropping your bike. I only do wheelies out of boredom when there's no corners ;) .

I have heard of BP, if you look to your left, you will see a f4i at FULL balance point. And I wasn't even going for a long wheelie, it started as a pow pow power wheelie that I just shifted through it.

You guys do realise that the balance point changes with the speed that your going. If your doing 20 the balance point is a lot higher than if your holding it at 80.

Of course but from the pic he is talking about it looks like bp from a 100+ mph wheelie and I doubt he was doing that in that residential area. Bp at 80 is still pretty high depending on the bike.
