The runaway

I want to plan a small event. I won't reveal details of the event on the forum though.. because well... you have to come to see.

here's the loose plans of the "event".

We need at least 8 people who have a smart head on their shoulders.. no wack job crack heads need apply. I'm a law abbiding citizen who doesn't endorse public stupidity. I'm just into riding and having fun while doing it :) So like minded people only need reply. And no stunters need respond or apply. Save stunting for the parking lot please.

The basic idea is a 3 mile stretch of straight road in Arizona that will be shut down for a short period of time. Not drag racing. Think more like speed-time/distance. The location won't be revealed until we meet and i ( and others involved )feel comfortable with each person participating.

Event WILL take place in October or November when the desert temperatures are cooled down and maximum HP can be achieved. Leathers, helmet, leather gloves, riding boots are mandatory. No rookies.

I will have my full leathers so im in. My bike did 174 in a.... a.... a..... video game, yea thats right a video game. Adjusted for error was probably 165

Well I would be in, just for the good time, but my bike can only hit 165MPH INDICATED, which I'm sure you all know is close to only ~145-150 or so, miles per hour ACTUAL.....Sounds like fun, but no need for all the secretism (word?).. You can hit your top speed easily, any day of the week, on the stretch of the 74 (carefree HWY) between Lake Pleasant and Wickenburg.......
