I gotta say I will never get service done there again due to the fact that when I had my rear tire installed they never tighten my safety screw for the adjustment on my sprocket side. Needless to say I flipped.
But that is not why I am writing this. I am actually very happy with their parts department. I needed to order my new upper fairing and contacted a buddy of mine that happens to work there. Not only did his manager match an online price that was around $230 they threw in free shipping. I then explained the fact that I need this item before Saturday for obvious reasons. I was then able to get overnight shipping on my package(which is classified as over sized) for $30. So out the door I got the item after tax for $279 which was only around $20 more than I could get the item online with standard ground shipping. Not a bad deal if you ask me.
